A registered user of the BHG Klub loyalty programme (hereinafter "User") is entitled to use discounts and/or benefits within the BHG KLUB loyalty programme (hereinafter "Programme"), which are associated with the respective type of loyalty card.
Any individual who meets the specified conditions, agrees to these Rules, and completes proper registration according to the relevant instructions on the website WWW.BHGKLUB.CZ may become a User. Proper card activation requires, in particular, the truthful and accurate entry of the requested personal data. Business companies and other legal entities may not participate in the Programme.
The Programme is administered by the family-owned company BAUER HOTEL GROUP (hereinafter "BHG"), which operates a network of hotels and restaurants, in particular: BHG PRINC s.r.o. ID 07341199, BHG GATE s.r.o. ID 07341253, BHG STROM s.r.o. ID 07341334. The current list of establishments included in the Programme and the associated benefits will be published on our website.
Loyalty cards are the property of BHG GATE s.r.o. ID 07341253 and may only be used in accordance with the Programme conditions and these Rules.

In the event of loss, theft, or physical damage to a loyalty card, the issuance of a replacement card and transfer of the point balance will be charged at 100 CZK including VAT. This amount will be automatically deducted from the loyalty card and customer account. If the balance on the loyalty card is insufficient, the customer is required to pay the amount of 100 CZK including VAT to the Company. BHG reserves the right to send informational newsletters to cardholders. Unsubscribing from newsletters will result in the immediate cancellation of all benefits and advantages associated with the card.
2) Earning Bonuses
Access to BHG Klub is granted upon registration on the website www.bhgklub.cz.
After logging in, generate a QR code in your profile settings, which is used to record spending on purchases at each establishment included in the Programme. Without presenting a valid QR code, it is not possible to record a payment or redeem a bonus.
The QR code is non-transferable, does not constitute an electronic payment instrument, and is used solely to record payments for purchases made by the user at individual restaurants participating in the Programme.
Users may request that a completed payment be recorded at any restaurant participating in the Programme. A user with BHG KLUB BASIC status will earn 5% of the total purchase value, and a user with BHG KLUB VIP card status will earn 10% of the total purchase value. Purchases are recorded in the relevant calendar month via the card to the customer's account at the corresponding value.
The bonus will be credited to the cardholder's customer account after midnight on the same day as the purchase. Bonus points expire 2 years from the date they are recorded on the client's account.
Any payment for a purchase can only be credited to the customer account if a valid QR code is presented at the time of payment.
The QR code cannot be used to record spending on the purchase of gift vouchers, already discounted products, lunch menus, happy hours, tobacco products, low-margin products, or other promotional prices.
The current total balance of unredeemed bonuses is displayed in the customer account accessible on the website WWW.BHGKLUB.CZ. Earned bonuses may subsequently be redeemed at any time as a discount when paying for purchases at any restaurant participating in the Programme. Earned bonuses may only be redeemed upon presentation of the loyalty card before the payment is finalised.
Earned bonuses may be redeemed for up to 75% of the purchase price on the relevant receipt, including VAT. Earned points cannot be applied to already discounted products, lunch menus, happy hours, or other promotional prices.
BHG reserves the right to change bonus values at any time; each change will take effect on the date of announcement on the website WWW.BHGKLUB.CZ. Earned bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash, inherited, or otherwise disposed of.
There is no legal entitlement to bonuses, discounts, or other benefits provided within the Programme or via the loyalty card. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Programme conditions, discounts when redeeming bonuses and other discounts or benefits provided within the Programme or via the loyalty card may not be combined with, or applied simultaneously with, other discounts and benefits offered by BAUERGROUP CZ. A cardholder is not entitled to redeem discounts or benefits associated with more than one loyalty card at the same time.
3) Leaving the Programme
A cardholder may request cancellation of their participation in the Programme at any time by sending a request to This email address is being protected from spambots. Upon receipt of such a request, BHG will without undue delay cancel the customer account and delete all personal data of the user, thereby deactivating the associated QR code.
BHG reserves the right to terminate any cardholder's participation in the Programme if the loyalty card has not been used for more than 12 months. BHG is further entitled to cancel a customer account and deactivate a card at any time, in particular if the cardholder:
intentionally provided false information during registration;
used the loyalty card in breach of these Rules;
misused the benefits of the Programme or the loyalty card;
misused trademarks or otherwise damaged the reputation of BHG.
Termination of the Programme or cancellation of the customer account and deactivation of the loyalty card will simultaneously cancel all bonuses recorded on the respective customer account.
4) Changes and Termination of the Programme
Cardholders will be informed of any changes to the Programme via the website WWW.BHGKLUB.CZ or by email.
BHG reserves the right to change these Rules and/or the Programme conditions at any time, including the rewards, benefits, discounts, bonuses, and offers available within the Programme, or to introduce new conditions, which take effect on the date of publication on the BAUERGROUP CZ website.
